House Rules

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Guidelines

Maximum occupancy per room is based on the booking details. Extra guests may be allowed with additional charges.

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Visitors are allowed but must register with the host. Overnight stays are only for registered guests.

Children & Extra Beds

Children are welcome.
Extra mattresses/beds may be provided upon request (additional charges apply).

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (balcony/garden).
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed, but unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Damage & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items during their stay.
Keep your valuables secured; the property is not liable for lost items.

Cancellations & Refunds

Flexible cancellation: Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
50% refund if canceled within 5 days of arrival.
No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
