Please note that failure to settle the required payment within one (1) day will automatically result in the forfeiture and cancellation of your reservation, and the room will be made available to other guests.

Hotel Policy and House Rules:

1. Check in/ out

• Check-in time is 3:00pm / check-out time 11:00am the following day. Late check-out will be charged accordingly with extra charge. Guests who come in earlier than the designated check in time may stay at the hotel waiting area or at the restaurant area at no additional cost. Please note a ₱2,000.00 security deposit is required each room before check-in and will be refunded after check-out.

2. Damages and losses

• Check in/ out Room keys- When leaving the premises or before going out to the beach, please endorse room keys to the Front Desk Employee. Php1,000.00 will be charged for lost key. Inventory - Please do not remove inventory items. Do not take indoor furniture outdoors. Do not move furniture around from one room to another. Any items missing from a unit’s inventory or any damages and losses of items inside the rooms belonging to the resort shall be charged to the room occupant. Moreover, vandalism or any form of damage on resort property is subject to a Php2,000.00 fine plus cost of replacement and repairs.

3. Noise Control

• Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect other guests staying in nearby rooms. Loud music and parties are not allowed. If you are returning to the resort after a night out, please enter the property quietly to avoid disturbance. Karaokes or sound systems are allowed only for exclusive and pre-arranged functions.

4. Pets

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, bringing pets into the resort is not allowed, even for checked-in guests. We appreciate your cooperation in following this policy.

5. Alcoholic Beverages

• Alcoholic beverages may be consumed or allowed only within your rented premises or within the resort designated areas. Consumption of alcohol by minors below 18 years of age is prohibited. Please Drink Moderately. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages and open displays of drunk and unpleasant behavior are not permitted and it will result in immediate removal by Resort Management. Therefore, drinking alcohol should be monitored to prevent any trouble.

6. No Smoking Cigarettes\, Illegal Drugs and Firearms

• No Smoking and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within the resort. A fine of ₱5,000 will be imposed if smoking is detected in rooms or premises. The possession of illegal drugs and firearms is strictly forbidden.

7. Conserve Water and Electricity

• Please help conserve and save water & electricity at all times. We urge our guests to turn off air-cons, lights, and television whenever you go out of the room. Please report dripping showers and faucets to our appropriate hotel staff. Occasionally expect power outage.

8. Wet Clothing

• Hanging laundry or towels over the balcony railings is not permitted at any time. Please hang wet clothing and towels on hanging racks provided in your rented room.

9. Cleanliness

• LITTERING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED - Please help keep the beach and resort premises clean and litter-free at all times by disposing or throwing all your trash in the designated trash cans. Please refrain from bringing sand into your room. Outside showers for rinsing and faucets for washing your feet are provided for your use

10.Cooking & Dining

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, grilling and cooking are not allowed anywhere in the resort, including rooms, balconies, corridors, and outdoor spaces. We encourage guests to enjoy meals at our restaurant, which is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

11. Parking

• All vehicles must be parked at the Resort designated parking areas only. Vehicles should be properly locked before leaving the parking area. The Management is not liable for any loss or damage on your vehicles. CCTV’s are place some outdoors areas of the property for additional security.

12. Swimming Pool

• The swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is for Summer Coastal Suites guests ONLY (not visiting guests please). Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at anytime. Please shower before using the pool. Similarly, please use shower to rinse off sand before entering the pools especially when coming from the beach area.

13. Beach Area \| Beach Front

• When swimming, Swim at your own risk. Beach access is from 7am to 6pm. Night swimming on the beach is not recommendable for the guests as it may be dangerous and there is no lifeguard at night. Watch your children - Children are the responsibility of the parents. Avoid swimming alone. Swim only within the waterline or near a manned lifeguard area. Guests are not allowed to swim in a far area, i.e. beyond the existing breakwater, 50 meters or beyond or in other beach resort area. The resort is not liable for any injury and loss of life arising from accidents and drowning. For your safety, please DO NOT SWIM if you’re under the influence of liquor.

14. Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.

15. Rescheduling

• Guests may request to reschedule their booking up to 15 days before the event without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days will occur 20% rebooking fee. Requests made less than 7 days before the event will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the refund policy outlined above.

16. No-Show Policy

• If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

17. Corkage

• Bringing outside food is not recommended. A corkage fee may apply for any food brought into the resort.

18. Extra Pax/ Additional Pax

• Children aged 0–5 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents (no extra bed provided), children aged 6–9 years old are charged at half rate (subject to breakfast inclusion and room capacity), and children aged 10 years old and above are considered as extra persons and charged the full rate, as they are provided with full breakfast.
• Extra pax is charge addition 1,800 with free breakfast included.
